PLEASE NOTE the following terms & conditions have been drafted to protect both our customers and our company.

Warranty

1. All goods are sold as is, unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. All items carry 48 hours warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise.
3. All Media and Consumables do not carry any warranty.
4. The following will result in the warranty being void:

a.           Any Physical Damage on the product

b.          Any burn marks on the product

c.           The warranty will be void if the serial number or it's label is missing

d.          The warranty will be void if items are written on or tampered with.

e.           A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled..

f.            The Original Invoice to be present to grant for the warranty.

5. The only payment methods that we accept are cash, Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Master), Debit Card (Maestro) or direct bank transfer at least 48 hours or as soon as payment reflected on our statement. Strictly No Cheque will be accepted.
6. No Refund after 48 hours, 30% will be charged on handling fee.
7. No Refund/Exchange will be accepted after 48 hours.
8. Goods must be inspected by the purchaser on receipt as no complaints will be considered after 24hrs from time of receipt.
9. Should the buyer make use of delivery service and damages occur, the buyer must claim directly from that service.
10. Our appointed Courier Service is not responsible for any transport costs incurred to or from the manufacture for the repair of any guaranteed items.

Faulty Items
All defective products must be called in within 48 hours of receiving order. The customer is responsible to send the item back to us at their cost, and we will courier the repaired/replacement unit back to the customer at My Japan Shop cost.
If the item is returned and find that it has been damaged in any way by the customer or is in working order no credit or replacement will be granted.

Returns/Refund
My Japan Shop sells all its products with a 48-hours satisfaction guarantee. We will arrange Collection from your home or premises and will gladly refund your money minus shipping costs and a 5% handling fee as long as the item has not been used, is still in its original packaging condition.
All Order placed will only be confirm when the payment appear in our account. No order will be sending out without payment done.
All Refund will be minus shipping costs and 5% handling fee within 3 working days, 20% handling fee 3-7 working days, purchases after one week without our written consent NO REFUND will be given.

Payment
Stock will only be released once payment has been fully cleared by our bank
- No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
- Cheque deposits can take up to 10 consecutive days to be cleared.
- Bank Transfers not from the same bank can take up to 3 consecutive days to be cleared.
- Bank Transfers from the same bank can take up to 24hrs to clear.
- Cash Deposit immediate effect.

Please send us a copy of transfer slip as proof of payment with your quotation number or reference number on.

Delivery
Order will be delivers within 2 working days in South Africa. (Subject to availability)
My Japan Shop reserves the right to request a scanned copy of the customer Identity document prior to delivery.
Please note that International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your shipment reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer and not Digital Express. Please contact your local Customs office if you have questions about your country's import regulations.
We do not buy back or trade-ins whether item sold or not bought from us.
All Trademarks, Logos, Pictures & Specifications are the property of their respective holders. Specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice. Stock availability is subject to availability from our suppliers. In the case where no picture is available, a similar picture will be used.
Manufacturer's specifications subject to change without notice.

Dispute Resolution
